  • Separate laundry facilities
  • Classic and modern finishings including granite counter tops, hardwood, slate, stonework, new lighting features
  • Curb appeal including a spacious yard, landscape design and fenced or gated property
  • Additional features such as fireplaces, skylights, deck, patio and balcony areas, pools, entertainment and exercise rooms

How would this look to a homeowner?
