We are always looking to form partnerships with great agents from around the world. Our goal is to help the home owner sell their property on the date of their choice and to assist with this, we form partnerships with agents. We speak with several motivated sellers everyday who are looking to sell but may not be able to work with us at this time. By having top-notch, experienced real-estate agents on our team with knowledge of the luxury home market, we are able to pass our contacts onto them so they can help facilitate the homeowner’s goal.

We are currently working closely with Canadian representatives in Calgary and Vancouver and in the United States in Palm Springs, Phoenix, Washington and San Diego. Mortgage Brokers

Every month or so, we host our unique Luxury Home Event which attracts hundreds of affluent guests with several of them looking to purchase a multi-million dollar home. For each event, we require a qualified, reputable and personable Mortgage Broker to pre-qualify potential buyers. Many applicants have the cash to purchase the property; however, many of them prefer to utilize the tax benefits of financing their new home.

Our exclusive Mortgage Brokers are able to facilitate this, meet our guests face-to-face and have the opportunity to generate quality leads and develop lasting relationships. Even if the home does not sell, for each home owner that qualifies, rapport has been established and our Broker now has the opportunity to create future partnerships. We prefer to work with Mortgage Brokers who have drive, personality, exemplify sophistication and who are comfortable and experienced working with high-net worth clients. We are looking for a representative who understands how to work with large loans and who sees the value of being on a team that caters to the luxury home market.

How would this look to a Mortgage Broker?

Alan was well known in the community for his excellent customer service and was gaining new clients regularly through word of mouth and by teaming up with many real estate agents in the area.
