We work hard to provide an aggressive marketing campaign to help the homeowner sell their property on the date of their choice. We attract an upwards of a hundred affluent guests to our luxury home events including top executives, international, national and local buyers, politicians, celebrities, media, well known leaders in the community, real-estate enthusiasts, large and small business owners and services, charitable representatives and anyone who enjoys the luxury of viewing a beautiful home! We partner with a variety of different clients and are always looking to expand our portfolio. We offer exclusivity packages, opportunities for global representation and city-specific partnerships. All Partner Alliances will be helping to contribute, through being a part of our event, to raising our goal of $1m to build a hospital in Haiti. Those involved will have the opportunity to have their name on an honorary plaque on the hospital when it is built. How would this look to a business owner?

Sandy is the Regional Sales Manager for an interior design company in San Diego that specializes in designer furniture imported from Italy. She has seen a decline in sales this year as her regular clients have been making cutbacks in their spending. With fewer new clients looking to spend on imported furniture, and competition with a new Crate and Barrel opening across the street, Sandy is finding it difficult to hit her sales goal this year and may need to take a second job.

Not only is she able to showcase the furniture, she can also promote her business through the companies advertising, website and by signage at the event, earn media attention and have the opportunity to gain exclusivity for any future events in her area! After taking part in the event, Sandy saw a rapid increase in her clientele and was able to personally network with anyone at the event instead of spending money on expensive adverting or waiting in her store for prospective buyers to come in. And, to add to the excitement, the new homeowners even purchased her staged dining room set with the house!
